UX metrics are inexpensive, fast to collect, and with the right audience, often more useful than traditional analytics. The real challenge is not cost or access, but intent. Many teams do not know what UX metrics are for or when to use them.

In practice, a few hours of focused UX metrics can create more traction than weeks of heavier methods.
