We’ve been deep in PDP territory lately. Product details pages are one of the most scrutinized areas in eCommerce, and for good reason. They carry the weight of conversion. One of the biggest gaps? Decision confidence. Users hesitate before they ever engage with the product details, and teams rarely see it because satisfaction scores stay high.
