A Glare Alternative?

Thought this post was interesting- looks like someone is building a UX framework. Definitely curious on where he’ll take it

Interesting. He looks like he’s focusing mainly on heuristics, but I could be wrong. Aligning these is good (we are doing this in user needs).

Here’s what I think UX framework needs to include:

  • Clear user outcome
  • Shared vocabulary
  • Evidence collection method
  • Signal interpretation rules
  • Path from findings to decisions
  • Continuous improvement loop
  • Link between user outcomes and business outcomes
  • Simple structure that teams can use quickly

I think right now, simple is the part we’re working on. Complexity lives underneath.
