We’ve brought more AI conversations to the forum because AI is increasingly putting pressure on teams’ decision-making. UX metrics are a part of that discussion (I’d like to think a big part of product and design moving forward).
I’m curious how everyone is measuring their decisions?
We’re entering a moment when AI is speeding up how products are built, and product and design’s role is shifting with it. Lines are getting blurry. Ideas move fast, prototypes appear instantly, and opinions pile up just as quickly (heuristic evaluation is good, but we need more depth). Lots of junk is going to be created.
Product and design leaders are expected to guide decisions, not just contribute screens.
Glare is built to help teams lead in this new reality, using UX metrics as clear signals to judge what actually works.
We’ve talked about tools that accelerate creation… but the real advantage comes from knowing early whether an idea drives action and holds up under real use.
We shared our UX metric cheat sheet today to help people keep these conversations going:
Here’s a great way to think about how to apply UX metrics.
A design idea is just a hunch. It’s a possibility for improving the user experience.
