Are you designing for people or the system shaping them? (Q&A)

Great point, when you’re designing for such a wide range of people, you need to build a system that they can all live within. Sign me up for the chatbot experience next time I need to go to the DMV :+1:

I would love to experiment with a new user journey of a double click chatbot. Instead of looking for a place to ask questions the users double click in any empty space and can ask what something means, or how to navigate.. or whatever your creativity will allow. Dynamic bots appear and dissappear. Have no idea how to implement the tech behind this though. Would be happy to have a discussion on the same with anyone who has ideas.
