Hi everyone. Great to be here. I’m Helge.

I’ve spent my attention hovering between different jobs in UX, design, strategy and eventually Business Design. I’ve co-founded a few startups and spend a lot of trying to solve hard problems inside a large global enterprise.

I have been organizing events in the Hamburg for the last year. And the biggest concerns are coming from entry-junior level designers.

  1. They do not know how to highlight themselves in this AI-based competitive market
  2. Concerning vibe-coding tools would hurt their position.

To solve this issue, I am thinking about organizing workshops where we tackle real user problems from real products. Like a case study but as a designers group and under a few seniors guidance.

AI can be felt as a challenge in the market but it can be used just a enhancing tool for designer. And I want to show it to all.
