Calculating Time to Design Value

Thought this was a good article from the Director of Design at Box, Andrew Dunn.

Curious on your thoughts of time to value… and that calculation.

I like how this model makes time-to-value a shared target, not just a design metric (coming from an ops lens.) Seems like when you can measure and track how quickly users reach value, it’s easier to align product, marketing, to support the outcome and spot where internal processes might be slowing it down. Pretttyyyy rad!
