@ben_christine mentioned that hardest part of measuring design impact was -
”I always struggle to attribute design’s impact (design team) when so many other teams have involvement (product, ops, engineering, marketing…)”

@jonas_lotherington jumps in with the challenge that “it’s a challenge to get a common understanding of what we should build, and why it matters to measure the things we actually build.”

and @sena_aydin_bergfalk leans into the idea that the hardest part of measuring impact is “convincing teams to track signals that reflect the quality of the experience (like, say, frictions per journey), not just revenue or conversion. “
