This week we’re trying to bridge the gap between different user feedback platforms and UX metrics. We’ve found UX metrics to be an invaluable method for measuring product designs, and we want to know how that can be accomplished from a variety of data sets using different feedback tools.
We’ve listed 43 tools that are proven among product design teams, and we want to show how your data from these different platforms can be measured with UX metrics. To start, we’ve selected a data set from a Qualtrics survey asking college student participants to rate their level of satisfaction and agreement with different aspects of their college experience.
On our Notion program page, you can see the list of 43 Tools, and a link to our Qualtrics file that shows how metrics such as Satisfaction, Appeal, and Reaction can be measured from this data set:
If you’re familiar with Qualtrics data (or any survey data), give it a look and see how the data set from different tools can be translated into UX metric scores. Are there any missing tools in this last that you would like to see data examples for? What type of metrics would you like to see tracked from your data sets from different tools? We’d love to hear your thoughts!
