Presenting UX Data So It Clicks

We shared some of our fintech product findings in a carousel, exciting!

I think the challenge of working with UX metrics is that it can be hard for people to see what’s actually happening. Even with solid data, using it to guide decisions does not always click for people. Outside of deeper customer conversations, many teams still struggle to understand how this kind of data fits into their day-to-day decision-making.

The unlock is unreal, though.

These are the layers behind the work as it relates to notifications. Curious which ones stand out to you.

We’re excited to keep leaning into these ideas and grateful for the feedback.

YUUUSSS! Great work here, team. Leaning into closing the gap between “we have metrics” and “we act on them” - lets dooooo this!

Just saw that @Hanna mentioned in another thread assessing the financial impact of design. This might be a bit on the nose, but our case studies on financial products definitely speak to the value of design decisions!

No problem- I’m curious from your perspective, of the ideas shared, which parts resonate the most, and which are confusing.

We’re commited to making these ideas even easier to understand, and it’s helpful to get your perspective @Hanna!
