Totally. Seems like metrics make a lot more sense when they’re aligned to jobs instead of demographics. It’s how you turn “who” into “why” and “how well.”

I think that workflows make sense- we get closer to defining attributes over job titles which I think helps teams understand their users instead of going over generics.
