Love this thinking from Mike Giannakopoulos that makes usability easier for everyone on a product team. He turns Jakob Nielsen’s 10 usability rules into simple questions that anyone can ask during design, development, or QA.
Here are the metrics that address the eight areas, though I’m wondering if there’s an abbreviated version for quick testing that could suffice @MoData ?
Definitely, we want to touch on both the attitudinal and behavioral side with our research stack.
For attitudinal metrics, Desirability can give key insights into how users feel about a product across a spectrum of impressions, and Helpfulness uses the tried-and-tested UX-Lite method to provide a measurement of it’s perceived value.
For the behavioral side, Usability gauges the success of users to complete multiple different actions on a page, and Effort produces a Customer Effort Score (CES) that can be compared against competitors across industries.
